Dingy room, Dingy towels and water went from scalding hot to freezing four times in one shower!
Was easy to find.
The motel was old, but that was to be expected. The beds squeaked and sleeping on them was difficult. The motel was clean enough, but they did not provide enough towels. The towels that were provided were threadbare and did not really do a good job. There was no extra towels provided, so using the pool became an issue. We ended up going out and purchasing extra towels for ourselves. There was a slight musty odor in the room, but I kind of expected that from the age of the motel. In a pinch, I would use this place again, but I will make sure I'm not in a pinch when I travel to Hershey again. Parking was also a nightmare.
cl ean room nice big TV comfortable bed
We checked in and I was not happy with the place. It smelled and there were flys in the room. We left for Hershey Park when we came back we picked up our things from the room, dropped the keys off and left. I could not sleep there, we went to another hotel. We paid for the room but never used it lost our money but was worth it not to stay there.
Fridge in room, small but neat, clean rooms. Very nice pool.
WiFi not available in room; DirecTV was difficult to navigate, no instructions or channel listings
The ac worked...that was pretty much it
I paid for a king bed, got 2 double beds. Im one person, I did not need 2 beds. The woman had an attitude with me like I did something wrong when she told me she did not have a king available. The knob for shower temp did not work properly. Went to get proper temp but the water was scorching hot and was not easy to adjust, burned myself couple times. The next morning, before checkout time, the maid tried to just open door and walk in without knocking first. Luckily, I happened to be standing right by door getting undressed for shower so I pushed the door closed on her.
Hotel was clean and the pool was nice.
I was unable to use Amex even though it was excepted. I was told the machine sometimes did not work, but had no problem using another card. The television was a nice 42 inch flat screen, but the cable did not work.
Room was great, big TV and nice bathroom
Lisa's restaurant close by the food was very good and the watress was very nice.
I didn't like the fact that we had a dead bolt on the door but it wasn't able to be set. The bathroom door had no room to get by the toilet/sink unless all the way open. For the price it was not worth it. I won't stay there again.
Staff was friendly and courteous. I went with two of my sons, ages 7 and 13. Main purpose was to visit Hershey Park. They enjoyed the pool when we were at the motel. Nice place to stay if you are on a budget. We mainly wanted a clean place to sleep, and that is what was provided. At $69 per nite, if you expect a 4 star facility you are kidding yourself. Again, this a clean, comfortable, affordable place to sleep and wash up.
Price was high for a budget motel ($149 including vat); receptionist was pleasant but not too good with English; room was shabbily outfitted with creaking floors, plastic laminate panelling, and enough soap furnished to barely bath one person and to save the management a few cents on amenities. A person liking fresh air should go elsewhere because no bed cover was furnished other than the standard polyester quilt. Again probably to save dry cleaning costs. Do not recommend Dutch Motel but it is close to the Hershey Automotive Swap Meet which is why we went. Agr
Nothing, what we liked. Hotel next to the main road and train line, so not easy to relax. Wifi dosen't work. Rooms are usedfull and stinky.
Clean, budget hotel, close to Hershey attractions.
I didn't find any bedbugs, and the price was right.
Non-smoking room was permeated with smoke, terrible. Tabletops, surfaces sticky, rugs + bedspread questionable. Bed uncomfortable. No sign of wi-fi advertised. Lighting poor, room small.
